  • Transit time: 2 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday), covering both processing and transit.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your parcel arrives with visible damage, we recommend declining delivery and contacting our support team right away.
  • If the parcel was delivered while you were out, please send us clear photos of the damage so we can look into it for you.
